招聘职位 RECRUITING PSSITION

I. 景观方案高级主创设计师

Senior Chief Designer Of Landscape Scheme

1. 园林/环艺/艺术等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 8年及以上本专业工作经验，能独立完成方案构思、原创及深化能力、表现能力，独立完成项目汇报及甲方沟通；

3. 有丰富的带团队经验，具有大型开发商住宅、文旅、城市更新、商业综合体项目目经验；

4. 在项目中起关键主导作用，制定项目计划，组织项目成员及时推进项目，把控质量，对项目全过程和最终效果负责；

5. 对行业发展有独到的见解和深刻认识；具有责任心，敬业精神及团队组织管理协调能力;

6. 熟练掌握CAD、PS、SU、Lumion、Office等工作软件，且具有较强的手绘能力。

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape Architecture/Environmental Art/Art Design or related major;

2. At least 8 years of working experience in this field, with the ability to independently complete project conception, originality and deepening, performance ability, independently complete project report and Party A's communication;

3. Rich experience in leading teams, with experience in large-scale residential, cultural and tourism, urban renewal and commercial complex projects；

4. Play a leading role in the project, formulate project plans, organize project members to promote the project in time, control the project quality, and be responsible for the whole process and final effect of the project;

5. Have unique insights and profound understanding of industry development; Have a sense of responsibility, professional spirit and team organization, management and coordination ability;

6. Proficient in CAD, PS, SU, Lumion, Office and other working software, and strong hand-drawing ability.

II. 景观方案主创设计师

Main Landscape Designer

1. 风景园林/环境艺术/艺术设计等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 优秀的审美能力，充分了解国际国内前沿的景观规划设计信息以及设计方法；

3. 5年以上景观设计经验（具有国内外知名景观规划和设计事务所的工作经历优先），2年以上景观主创设计师工作经验；

4. 具有国内大型开发商住宅项目经验优先；

5. 具备良好的文字功底和语言表达能力，清晰、有逻辑、有感染力地沟通和汇报，获得甲方认可，取得良好沟通效果；

6. 熟练掌握CAD、PS、SU、Lumion、Office等工作软件，且具有相当的手绘能力。

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape Architecture/Environmental Art/Art Design or related major;

2. Excellent aesthetic ability, fully understand the international and domestic cutting-edge landscape planning and design information and design methods;

3. At least 5 years experience in landscape design (preferably working experience in well-known domestic and international landscape planning and design firms), at least 2 years experience as landscape designer;

4. Have experience in housing projects of large domestic developers;

5. Possess good writing skills and language expression skills, communicate and report clearly, logically and infectively, obtain Party A's approval and achieve good communication effect;

6. Proficient in CAD, PS, SU, Lumion, Office and other working software, and have considerable hand-drawing ability.

III. 景观方案设计师

Landscape Architect

1. 风景园林/环境艺术/艺术设计等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 优秀的审美能力；

3. 具有1-3年及以上本专业工作经验；

4. 具备一定的美学基础及设计素养，对设计有一定的见解；

5. 具有较强的理解能力和逻辑分析能力；

6. 熟练掌握CAD、PS、SU、Lumion、Office等工作软件。

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape Architecture/Environmental Art/Art Design or related major;

2. 1-3 years or above working experience in this field;

3. Have certain aesthetic foundation and design accomplishment, and have certain opinions on design;

4. Strong understanding ability and logical analysis ability;

5. Proficient in CAD , PS, SU, Lumion, Office and other working software；

6. Good and excellent aesthetic ability.

IV. 景观施工图项目负责人

Landscape Construction Drawing Project Leader

1. 风景园林/环境艺术/艺术设计等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 具有5年及以上景观施工图绘制工作经验，2年以上施工图项目负责人工作经验；

3. 掌握国家景观设计规范；对公司施工图项目质量负责；

4. 对施工图设计工作进度、图纸质量、规范性负责；

5. 对景设计项目施工现场对接、答疑、验收等工作负责。

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape Architecture/Environmental Art/Art Design or related major;

2. At least 5 years working experience in landscape construction drawing, at least 2 years working experience in charge of construction drawing project;

3. Master relevant national landscape design codes; Responsible for the quality of the company's construction drawing project;

4. Responsible for the progress, quality and standardization of construction drawing design;

5. Responsible for the docking, answering questions and acceptance of the construction site of the landscape design project.

V. 景观施工图设计师

Landscape Construction Drawing Designer

1. 风景园林/环境艺术/艺术设计等相关专业毕业；

2. 至少2-3年本专业工作经验，有丰富的景观施工图设计经验；

3. 配合方案设计师完成全套施工图绘制，大样图、节点图、详图等；

4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD等设计软件；

5. 熟悉景观方案设计，成图和总控能力强。

1. Major in Landscape Architecture/Environmental Art/Art Design or related;

2. 2-3 years or above working experience in this field, with rich experience in landscape construction drawing design;

3. Cooperate with the project designer to complete the full set of construction drawing (large sample drawing, node drawing, detail drawing);

4. Good command of AutoCAD and other design software;

5. Familiar with landscape design, strong ability of drawing and general control.

VI. 景观施工图设计助理

Landscape Construction Drawing Design Assistant

1. 风景园林/环境艺术/艺术设计等相关专业毕业；

2. 1-2年景观施工图设计经验;

3. 熟悉景观设计项目扩建、施工图绘制及后期协调流程;熟悉国家现行园林、建筑工程施工图设计规范;

4. 协助项目负责人完成项目前期扩建及施工图详细设计;

5. 熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop等绘图软件;

6. 良好的沟通理解能力和团队合作精神。

1. Major in Landscape Architecture/Environmental Art/Art Design or related;

2. 1-2 years experience in landscape construction drawing design;

3. Familiar with the process of landscape design project expansion, construction drawing and coordination in the later stage; Familiar with the current national design specifications for construction drawings of landscape and construction projects;

4. Assisted the project leader to complete the preliminary project expansion and the detailed design of construction drawings;

5. Proficient in drawing software such as AutoCAD and Photoshop;

6. Good communication and understanding skills and team work spirit.

VII. 商务助理

Business Assistant

1. 协助总经理处理公司日常商务事务；

2. 协助起草商务合同，编制投标商务文件，以及相关资料的准备、整理、备案工作；

3. 协助总经理跟进及商务过程的处理；

4. 部门内外部的沟通协调工作。

5. 思路清晰、考虑问题细致，具有较强的沟通和表达能力，有较强的责任心；

6. 大专以上学历，能够熟练应用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint等。

1. Assisted the general manager in dealing with daily business affairs of the company;

2. Assisted in the drafting of business contracts, preparation of bidding business documents, and the preparation, sorting and filing of relevant materials;

3. Assist General Manager to follow up and deal with business process;

4. Internal and external communication and coordination of the department.

5. Clear thinking, careful consideration, strong communication and expression skills, strong sense of responsibility;

6. College degree or above, proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
